Objective: The INCLUSIVE project, spearheaded by HRPURPOSE, aims to revolutionize the current employment landscape by fostering an inclusive workforce that embraces youth 18 to 29 with disabilities. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between skilled youth with disabilities and potential employers, promoting workplace diversity, understanding, and equality.
Key Components:
Skill Development Training: The project will offer comprehensive training programs tailored to enhance the specific skills of participants with disabilities. These programs will focus on both technical and soft skills, ensuring participants are well-prepared for the modern workplace. Training will include workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions conducted by industry experts and educators.
Community Outreach:
A crucial element of the INCLUSIVE project is its community outreach component. The project will engage
with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to raise awareness about the benefits of a diverse workforce. Through
these outreach activities, the project aims to dispel myths about disability and employment, highlighting the valuable contributions
youth with disabilities can make to various sectors.
Employment Facilitation: INCLUSIVE will actively work to connect trained participants with potential employers. The project will also offersupport to employers to understand how to create accommodating and inclusive work environments.

This exploratory and preparatory program simplifies the process and makes it easier to determine the client's potential to pursue long-term training and employment in a specific career path. The goal is to prevent undesirable outcomes after investing a lot of time, effort, and money.
