Luke McKenzie’s journey is at the heart of HRPURPOSE. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs associated with disability and mental health in his own life, Luke’s experiences have shaped his unwavering dedication to this cause. His personal story is one of resilience and empathy, underlining the importance of support, inclusion, and empowerment in navigating the complexities of life with a disability.​

Motivated by Luke’s passion and experiences, HRPURPOSE is more than just an organization; it’s a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change. We strive to bridge gaps in employment for people with disabilities, creating avenues for their talents and skills to shine in workplaces that value diversity and inclusion. Simultaneously, we are committed to offering robust support for mental health, recognizing the intertwined nature of mental well-being and holistic empowerment. Our mental health services and programs will take the time to educate, advise, collaborate and promote proven interventions for long-term success for reintegration back into society and especially their families.

ALTERNATIVE TRAINING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Duration - 4 to 6 Weeks

This exploratory and preparatory program simplifies the process and makes it easier to determine the client's potential to pursue long-term training and employment in a specific career path. The goal is to prevent undesirable outcomes after investing a lot of time, effort, and money.
